Wylie Burke

Innovation Consultant & Educator

A woman with glasses and straight, shoulder-length hair, wearing a blue top and black blazer, smiling.

I believe in creating meaningful, lasting change by blending empathy, insight, and practicality.

My work is driven by a passion for simplifying complexity, building trust, identifying and removing barriers, and empowering others to succeed. Whether I’m designing strategies, leading workshops, or coaching leaders, I am deeply committed to ensuring the work I do is not only inspiring but also built on sustainable and actionable change.

With a gift for understanding people and systems, I see patterns others might miss. I help individuals and organizations uncover barriers, align their goals, and create pathways to success. My unique ability to connect strategy and people with action means I don’t just help clients imagine the future—I make sure they are able to achieve it.

One of the most consistent messages I have heard from colleagues, program participants, friends, and clients is how calming and approachable I am. This presence helps me to create spaces where people feel valued, safe, and ready to explore new possibilities. I combine this with a sharp focus on results, ensuring every plan, conversation, and workshop delivers actionable insights and measurable outcomes.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of people. Thriving organizations are built on thriving individuals, and I specialize in helping leaders and teams unlock their potential, align their efforts, and drive meaningful impact.

On a personal note, I live in Kingston Ontario with Lucy, my sweet special needs pup. She inspires me to embrace all the weather these seasons have to offer... there is no storm left unwalked! In recent years I have discovered a passion for Reformer Pilates. It has truly done wonders for my body and mind, nothing like a flamingo plank to make you feel like a super hero. I also love to spend as much time gardening and canning as the Canadian weather will allow - I am always open to gardening tips, my thumbs are not yet green. I am also the adoring Auntie to my wonderful niece Rooksby and nephew Hugo, and sweet Joshua, Jacob and Sophie.

Stephanie Wilkinson

People Innovation Associate

I’ve always been drawn to people—what motivates them, how they collaborate, and what makes them feel seen, supported, and inspired. I care deeply about creating spaces where individuals and teams can show up fully, grow together, and navigate change with clarity and care.

Before stepping into consulting, I spent several years in HR roles, where I often found myself wanting to dig a little deeper—to ask the bigger questions, build more intentional culture, and support change that truly felt human-centred. That curiosity is what led me to connect with Wylie Burke, where I now have the privilege of working alongside people and organizations who want to do things differently.

I bring a collaborative, people-focused approach to everything I do. I believe in learning together, working in alignment, and leading with both strategy and heart. My work is grounded in values like creativity, trust, and humour—because I believe change should feel real, not rigid.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood and Social Institutions from King’s University College at Western University, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and I’m a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
